Perfect Meetings

Perfect meetings demand the perfect location.  Mill End is the perfect meeting venue for confidential board meetings, strategy events, exclusive product launches and team awaydays.  We are easy to get to – just 5 minutes from the A30, 25 minutes from Exeter. And yet we are a million miles away, giving you the breathing space you need for a productive and motivational meeting.

We can tailor a package to meet your needs – whether it’s for a few hours, or a couple of days. Here are two sample meetings packages to give an idea of what we can do for you and your business:

Package A:  Perfect Day Meeting

Arrive at 10am for coffee and home-made biscuits in the lounge.

Exclusive use of our bright and airy restaurant for your meeting, which will be laid up in boardroom or theatre style according to your requirements.

Break for lunch - fresh homemade soup and a choice of sandwiches, side salad, tea/coffee and water (if the weather is nice, it’s good to have a stretch-break with a stroll around our grounds and a look at the mill wheel)

Tea and scones or homemade cake served mid-afternoon.

Package price:  £25 per delegate, plus £100 room hire.

Package B:  Perfect Stayaway Meeting

Day one as above.

That evening, the hotel is for the exclusive use of your delegates.  We have 15 rooms, which can either be used for single-occupancy or, if partners are joining, for double occupancy.  After checking in to their rooms and freshening up, your delegates will gather in the lounge for pre-dinner drinks, followed by a three course evening meal prepared using local, seasonal produce and creative flair.  As you will have the hotel to yourselves, confidential discussions can continue over dinner if you wish.

Day two starts with a “Full English” breakfast, and your meetings can continue through the day, with a light lunch.

Alternatively you may want to use your second day for a little team-building or client entertaining – in which case we can arrange golf or a number of other outdoor activities to suit your needs.

Package price will vary according to your requirements.  We would be delighted to tailor-make a programme to suit your requirements and budget.

Audio/Visual Aids and Equipment

A flipchart and pens will be provided.  Other audio/visual aids can be arranged as required.  We have free wi-fi in most of our public areas.
