Welcome to The Restaurant at Mill End.
As Executive Chef at Mill End it is my privilege to introduce you to our Restaurant, and to our top team of chefs. Every day here at Mill End we take seasonal and local ingredients, from Dartmoor and Devon, and use them to create fine British dishes for your enjoyment.
You’ll find our style is a careful balance, reflecting our country hotel ambience, yet adding carefully considered modern twists to surprise and delight you.
We are fortunate to have a wonderful and abundant larder on our doorstep – including locally grown vegetables, Devon beef, fine local game, and fresh fish sourced from around the Devon coasts. We believe that such quality ingredients deserve care and respect in the kitchen, to ensure that your dining experience with us is memorable and satisfying. That is our goal.
You’ll enjoy our freshly prepared breakfasts, to set you up for a day on the Moors. Dinner is the “main event”, with daily changing menus to make the most of what’s best each day. And our sumptuous Sunday lunch is a great excuse to relax and recharge.
