A hearty Mill End breakfast is a great way to start the day, particularly to give you enjoyable sustenance to prepare you for a day on Dartmoor. Fresh fruit, cereals and warming porridge to start, followed by our own twist on the “Full English” breakfast. Some grilled local fish as a nice alternative, or simply Chagford boiled eggs with soldiers. The choice is yours.
Dinner at Mill End is a thoroughly indulgent and sociable affair. Relax with a drink in one of our welcoming lounges, then settle down to a feast of Devon’s finest foods,.including locally reared meats, fish from Devon’s coasts, and carefully constructed vegetarian choices.
Whether you are staying, or just passing by, our Light Lunch menu offers a tasty choice of sandwiches, light dishes and traditional omelettes. Relax in our lounge, or if the sun is shining you might like to enjoy lunch in our lovely gardens.
Our Sunday lunch here at Mill End is a relaxing occasion for our guests and our locals alike. Roast sirloin of quality Devon beef is our guests’ favourite, but you’ll find plenty of choice to suit all tastes. We hope that you’ll find room for one of our traditional puds, perhaps including our Mill End Eton Mess.
