Whether you are staying, or just passing by, our Dartmoor restaurant offers a tempting choice of tasty dishes at lunchtime. Traditional sandwiches, nibbles, chef’s soup of the day and a choice of other delicious lunchtime treats which can be enjoyed in our lounges or our lovely gardens when the sun shines.
Lunch is available every day from 12.30pm until 4pm and is served in the garden or the lounge. Don’t forget cream teas are available every day until 4pm too. Booking not essential but recommended at peak times (weekends and sunny days!).

On all food and drink bills there is a discretionary 10% service charge added, the entire service charge goes to staff across the hotel, if you are disappointed with your dining experience and would like us to remove this please do not hesitate to let us know.
Mill End Hotel is the perfect place to stop for a snack or coffee while out exploring Dartmoor. Mill End is ideally located on the banks of the River Teign – follow the river to the stannary town of Chagford, or a longer walk to Fingle Bridge. Castle Drogo is also just a short hike away and offers superb views across the valley.
